I recently purchased a very clean BMW M6. I've been looking for the car for a long time with Brownroyd finally supplying with the perfect example. Very good pricing and very good service!! Very nice bunch of guys no BS they no their stuff and they are more than happy to help. Sadly my vehicle has been plagued with an ABS fault but with Brownroyd doing their up most to help me sort it. I had been searching for the right X5 for the last 6/12 and managed to come over an advertisement in the auto-trader 4days ago, there was no picture bcoz they hadnt recived the car but the speck was the one i had been looking for. After ringing the garage and speaking to Adam he especially went and picked the car up for me and gave me first viewing. This is the first time i have ever used a used car garage and to be honest i was very nervous due to all the horror stories you hear and i was parting with a lot of money. He let me look at the car and never once pushed any sales tactics, he even let me sleep on it and to be honest the car was amazing and everything i wanted and more! When i picked up the car they gave me 3/12 warranty without me even asking and piece of mind!!! They are the nicest and most honest guys you could meet, there was a few electrical and minor mechanical probs that needed sorting out, but bcoz i had no car and a small child and pregnant wife they let me take the car and true to their words have sorted every thing out and the car drives and looks amazing. I will be recommending all my friends and family to Brownroyd Motors and even when you move to Manchester i will be definitely coming to see you when i need my next car.

Bought a BMW X5 from their vast collection (largest non dealer collection of X5's I've ever seen!) around a month ago. On the day, all the team were excellent giving plenty of information and showing great customer service and car knowledge. The team were not pushy they just gave us the facts and left us to have a look around then have a chat afterwards. I went to a BMW dealership that morning in Harrogate and it took my partner and I 6 attempts to walk away from a sale because we weren't happy and the car was more than we wanted to spend but the salesman just kept pushing. To our delight, the guys at Brownroyd were the complete opposite! The sale went through without a hi-cup. A few weeks later we found an issue with one of the tyres; I rung Adam and we took the car back at the weekend for the issue to be resolved instantly and my partner and I drove away extremely happy. Thanks guys and best of luck with the move, hope it goes well. I would have no hesitation in recommending buying from Brownroyd.
